Quotes

Quotes are free and carry no obligation. Quotes prepared from photos are good-faith estimates; if conditions on site differ materially from the photos, we'll confirm any change with you before starting work.

Scheduling

We aim for same-week scheduling. If we need to reschedule (weather, access, safety), we'll contact you as early as possible; you can reschedule or cancel at no charge before work begins.

The work

Logan's Pressure Washing is fully licensed and insured in California — certificates of insurance are available upon request. We use methods matched to each surface (including low-pressure soft-wash where appropriate) and biodegradable detergents.

Satisfaction guarantee

100% customer satisfaction — if you're not happy, we'll make it right. Tell us within a reasonable time after the job and we'll return to address it.

Liability

We take care to protect your property, including pre-wetting and shielding landscaping. Our liability is limited to damage caused by our negligence and to the value of the affected work.
